Join us for the firts session on Paymnents with guest speaker Krum Berovski, expert in Responsible Credit & Risk of VFS portfolio in Region Europe Central East at Volvo. Krum will talk about credit risk: ”Willingness to pay, choice or obligation?".
Credit risk is described as probability of default (PD) multiplied by the expected loss associated with that default (LGD). There are a number of researches about willingness to pay v.s ability to pay, but again and again, in the real daily work that dimension is often underlooked. Krum will talk about the three main cultural reasons for unwillingness to pay and to offer three possible strategies based on real experiences.
Cultural differences affect every side of our relationship and can bring us in many “unexplainable situations” and in those is really important to understand “Why is it happening?” before “What do to?”
