The responsible and ethical application of data and AI technologies is being called into question across a wide range of industries in both the public and private sector. However, regulation lagging behind. How will AI be standardized in the future? And how can organizations develop their own frameworks to prepare for future regulations? In this seminar, Anna will share the AI Sustainability Center Framework for Ethical and Sustainable AI and then discuss the future of standardization in the field.
Anna Felländer, Co-founder of The AI Sustainability Center, a world-leading multidisciplinary hub to address the scaling of AI in broader ethical and societal contexts. Some of their partners include Telia Company, Metricstream, Cirio and JobAgent. The initiative has attracted some of the top minds in academia focused on AI, coming from the Royal Institute of Technology, Karolinska Institutet, Lund University, Chalmers University, Umeå University, and Linköping University, as well as public agencies like the Swedish Tax Authority, the Swedish Public Employment Service, the City of Stockholm, and the City of Malmö.The AI Sustainability Center is listed as the First European Artificial Intelligence On-Demand Platform and Ecosystem, built with the support of the European Commission.
