About the event

Dragonflies and Damselflies: Four Lessons in Gender Equality

International Women's Day has occurred for well over a century, with the first gathering in 1911. The overall consensus is that although there has been some progress in the lives of women and girls, a transformation has not occurred. Yet.

Obstacles remain unchanged in policy and in culture. Moreover, some of these obstacles are not discussed or questioned which leaves women and girls undervalued; they work more and earn less and have fewer choices.

However, while there are obstacles for females to overcome, there is also an energy to achieving gender equality that is powerful. Connecting. Audacious. Inclusive.

Togheter with the Chambers networking group International Women in Business we hope you´ll join Lauri Robbins Ericson for this inspirational breakfast seminar to commemorate the upcoming International Women’s Day and the continuous work towards a more equal world.

The event is held in English.  Breakfast is served from 07.30 when doors open.
